Citizens Advice Bexley and COViD-19

At Citizens Advice Bexley we are trying to do our best during these troubled times. It does mean limitations to the advise we can give. We are all working from home. We are looking for solutions as to how we will be able to open to personal callers in the future. Most of our staff are volunteers, many are older and are currently isolating. We are able to answer your questions over the phone on 01322 517150 we are able to answer your questions by e-mail Sadly our support is based around people having technology. We are conscious that not everyone has e-mail and the internet we are exploring ways to best help them. We may be able to offer video appointments for somethings, to do this you need a Gmail address and a device that can run Google Meet, Google meet is a free download, it works on most PCs, MACs, phones and tablets. It is the only platform we are able to use.
